For anything about your account, an order, a delivery or a payment, write to us and we answer the same working day wherever we can.
Medical team
Anything about your treatment itself goes to your doctor rather than to us. They have your history in front of them, which is what makes the answer worth having.
In an emergency call your local emergency number or go to A&E. This is not an acute service. Once you are safe, tell your medical team what happened; it may change your ongoing treatment.
Pharmacy
Prescriptions are dispensed by our partner pharmacy. If you need to reach them directly, say so and we will put you through.
